Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Faulty Items
If your item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt is required for all returns, exchanges or claims.
